ACCOMMODATIONS

Your three night stay in Panama City is going to kick off with a bang the second you step off the plane and onto our party bus. The Sortis Hotel, Spa & Casino will be our home base for festivities and features five restaurants, a full casino, a beautiful pool, a huge gym and a relaxing spa for all your recovery needs. We’ll take over a full floor of the hotel meaning we can party all night and no one is going to care!

After a quick flight to Bocas Del Toro islands you’ll settle into your private bungalow over the water at Eclypse De Mar Acqua Lodge. This property features included breakfast, private patios with stairs into the sea, glass tables to feed the fish swimming below, crystal clear warm water, free kayaks and snorkels and some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever experience. Window and doors stay open for a fresh ocean breeze. You’ll feel completely tapped into nature. Although we may ruin that serenity during our Bungalow Party Crawl! LOL

Below is just a taste of some of the things you’ll experience. There’s a lot we can’t even mention on this page. But trust us when we say you will want for nothing and all of your most insane party dreams are about to come true. Everything is optional and our staff will be there to encourage and support you at all times. A motto we live by is “anything is possible.” Have an idea or something to add? Just ask. Welcome Party - After your party bus airport pickup with female party starters aboard, you’ll be whisked to the Sortis Hotel Spa & Casino for an upscale steakhouse dinner. Right after that the real party gets started! We’ll be turning the penthouse into our own private nightclub. No rules. Sexy games galore. Live DJ. Open bar. Glow party themed. Body paint contest. And all of it hosted by four beautiful female party hosts. Hope you’re ready for wild!

Rooftop Pool Party: Picture this. You walk from your room to the elevator and take it to the top floor. You’re greeted by our security staff that is only allowing in our guests. You walk around the corner to come across a stunning view of the city twenty floors in the sky. Completely private. DJ pumping. Open bar. Female party host and a wading pool to play in. This is just the setting. Wait until our wild games begin! We will host a day party. But the vibe will be even more fun in bathing suits… or not.

Panama City’s Finest Hosts - We’ve got a few surprises up our sleeves and you can guarantee our friends will be there. Partying, dancing and hyping you up so that you walk away from this experience wondering what the hell just happened. They’re guaranteed to encourage body shots and participate in our sexy themed games. Their sole mission is to create fun chaos and they’re damn good at it!

Private Chartered Party Sail To Zapatilla Island- This sleek, high class sail boat is our Pirate and Mermaid themed party transportation for the day. The boat itself is enough to make your heart flutter but what happens on the boat is sure to make your libido ignite! If that isn’t enough for one amazing day, the destination is the cherry on top. Zapatilla Island is a true white sand paradise on par with any of the worlds best beaches. The day includes open bar, lunch, highly inappropriate games and is clothing optional.

The Floating Bar Final Night Party - This place is simply epic. It’s a floating bar in paradise! The water is warm. The drinks are amazing and the fish tacos are even better. Before we head here though we’re going to start our day at the owners private property. Bring your best inflatable floaty and plan your best attack! We’re going to see who has the most impressive slide performance. To finish the day we’ve hired the best party band in Bocas to play for us as the sun sets. Going out with a bang is how we roll!

FLIGHTS

Arrival January 6 - In order to get everyone on the same party bus transfer from Tocumen Airport in Panama City (PTY) to the Sortis Hotel, please arrive on the American Airlines flight landing at 1:13 or the Delta flight landing at 1:55. You always have the option of flying in a day early if the prices or timing works better for you. However you will take your own cab from the airport to the hotel if so. We can book your extra room nights at Sortis Hotel for you since we get a much better price than you can get on your own.

Departure January 12th - You have the option to fly home on the 12th or stay an extra night in Panama City. If you fly home this day, your departure can not be any earlier than 5:30 PM. This is because we fly from Bocas in the morning and you need that much time to ensure you don’t miss your flight. Again, should you choose to stay an extra night (recommended), please let us know and we will book you at the Sortis Hotel.

DINING

Sortis Hotel, Casino & Spa offers twenty-four hour room service. There is also a restaurant on site that operates twenty-four hours. There are two additional upscale restaurants on site as well as poolside dining. Breakfast is included at Eclypse De Mar Acqua Hotel in Bocas. Lunch is included on the sail boat charter. All other meals are at your own expense. Meals are between $7 and $15 at your average restaurant in both Bocas and Panama City with exception of the first night when we will eat at an upscale steakhouse.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for your physical and financial protection. We recommend using is Allianz Travel insurance. Their website is very easy to navigate and understand and their customer service is great. You do not have to cover the full cost of your trip. You can insure any dollar amount you want and you will still receive the emergency medical coverage which is most important in case of a life threatening emergency. Their “One Trip Basic” is good enough for most people but you can increase your coverage amounts with their “One Trip Premier”. •  Any departing flights cannot be sooner than 5:30. You need five hours to be safe with enough time to transfer between airports and check in two hours before your flight.

BOOKING

Prices are per person. Double occupancy means two people in a room. Single occupancy is one person in the room. If you are booking a double occupancy, or greater, room you will input your pre-selected roommates name on the booking form and we will place you together. Room choices are for Panama City only. All over the water bungalows at Eclypse De Mar in Bocas are the same cost built into the trip. There are two budget rooms at Eclypse but they are not over the water bungalows.
